Halloween Countdown 2017: Booger Hollow!

Today I went to visit my dad in Blairsville, up in the north Georgia mountains. Very close to his area is a little town(?) called Booger Hollow, and this time I was determined to snag some evidence.

The sign out front of the one convenience is the best! Although I swear it used to have a ghost on it.

Aha! Found a pic online of the old sign,

It’s even on the street sign!

Dad and me. ย I have never given this man any reason to be proud of me…I’ve pretty much failed at everything he had hoped I would be. But I know he likes me because he said he wore his shirt today especially for me!

This is me (still wearing contact lenses…oh, those were the days) at the Camden Aquarium in New Jersey a few years back, on a visit to see Steve’s family. There were some dinosaur eggs out on a playground-like area and I HAD to do this! ๐Ÿ™‚

Halloween Countdown 2016:Visit to Queen of Hearts.

4XXQueen of Heartsย is one of my favorite vintage stores to visit, with aisles and aisles of booths inside what was once a supermarket. I wait on pins and needles for their dealers to bring out their Halloween goods each year, not just to be able to purchase something cool and old but also to see their displays. Although some years have been better, this time around they still did not disappoint. Step in for a look!
